1. Event Overview:

The dance competition, “Battle @ Bravo 56,” is organized as a fundraiser for the non-profit organizations Tennis 4 Kids, F.A.M.E.2 Foundation, and NPBA’s dance team.

The competition will take place on February 24, 2024 at Bravo 50, located at 4525 Glenwood Rd, Decatur, GA. 

2. Participant Eligibility:

Participation is open to individuals and dance groups who register by the specified deadline.

Participants must be at least 5 years old to compete.

All dance styles are welcome, and participants can enter as solo performers, duos, or groups.

Participants acknowledge that this is a fundraiser event, and their involvement contributes to supporting the designated non-profit organizations.

3. Registration and Payments:

All registration fees must be paid in full by February 16, 2024. Failure to meet this deadline may result in disqualification.

4. Non-Profit Fundraiser:

Participants acknowledge that the event is a fundraiser for the non-profit organizations Tennis 4 Kids, F.A.M.E.2 Foundation, and NPBA’s dance team.

100% of the registration fees and any additional donations will be contributed to the mentioned non-profit organizations.

5. Event Rules and Guidelines:

Participants are required to adhere to the rules and guidelines provided by the event organizers.

Any violation of rules may result in penalties, disqualification, or removal from the premises.

6. Prohibited Items:

For the safety and well-being of all participants and attendees, no guns or other weapons are permitted on the event property.

Any individual found in possession of such items will be immediately disqualified and may face legal consequences.

7. Code of Conduct:

All participants are expected to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and respect towards fellow participants, judges, event staff, and attendees.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the premises.

8. Media Release:

Participants acknowledge that the event may be recorded, photographed, or otherwise documented for promotional and streamed on IND Tv accessible on Roku. 

By participating, individuals grant the event organizers the right to use their likeness and performance footage for promotional materials.

9. Liability Waiver:

Participants and attendees assume full responsibility for any personal injuries, property damage, or other liabilities that may occur during the event.

The event organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any such incidents.

10. Amendments and Updates:

The event organizers reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

By registering for the “Battle @ Bravo 56” dance competition, participants indicate their understanding and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
